Position Overview

POSITION LOCATION: Upstate New York (Syracuse, Albany, Watertown)

Payrate: Entry Level $30-40, Mid Level $40-50, Sr Level $51-65

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow GIS data and maps; ability to work independently.

• Leadership experience and a desire for career growth will be given a priority.

• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and technical innovation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Availability and desire to travel throughout the utility service area (Syracuse, Albany, Watertown)

• Valid Driver’s License with clean DMV driving record and ability to drive and operate a 4x4 vehicle.

• Organizational skills; working knowledge of computers and programs, file creation, manipulation, and sharing.

• Ability to obtain & maintain pipeline operator specific licenses

• Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in NDE methods (RT, UT, MT, PT)

• Required: ASNT Level II or III certification in at least one NDE method

• Preferred: NACE qualified

• Preferred: OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER
