Position Overview

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator [primarily serving offices in greater Denver, Colorado, as well as additional select markets], you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of Davey's tree and plant health care business through marketing and sales support. You will collaborate with the Kent, Ohio-based corporate marketing team members and serve as the primary marketing liaison to regional sales and operations teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

 

We are looking for a driven individual with experience executing a strategic approach to leveraging marketing content, platforms, and technologies to drive demand and achieve results. This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing. 

 

Applicants must reside in Colorado. 

 

Compensation Range: $78,000 - $92,000 annually, dependent on experience. 

Job Duties

Collaborate with the corporate-based marketing team to:  

  • Produce and help execute regional and local marketing content calendars that include customer emails and direct mailers to customers and prospects.  
  • Support development of and updates to online content, including case studies and business listings. 
  • Develop and oversee digital and traditional advertising campaigns.  
  • Review and customize sales and event materials for regional use.  
  • Participate and contribute to regional and local marketing strategy, content development, and analytics. 
  • Manage local marketing budgets. 

Support business development and sales engagement efforts by:  

  • Understanding client and prospect behaviors and preferences in relevant markets. 
  • Developing knowledge of relevant associations and key stakeholder groups. 
  • Researching and securing opportunities for networking and participation in relevant regional and local sponsorships and community events to increase local brand presence and help generate leads. 
  • Identifying and implementing best practices and opportunities for improvement. 

Provide regional training support related to marketing and sales platforms, including:  

  • Email marking platforms.  
  • Marketing on-demand platforms.  
  • Trade show and event platforms.  
  • Customer portals. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Local Services Ads, customer review platforms, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools. 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as a remote worker and as part of a team.
