We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join our HR Technology team and support SuccessFactors Employee Central. As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will be critical in optimizing our HR systems, specifically SAP HCM (Personnel Administration and Organizational Management) and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and related modules), to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. You will serve as a functional expert, working closely with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure our systems are aligned with organizational needs.
Position can be remote, with a preferred location within commuting distance to Kent, Ohio.
The annual salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00.
Job Duties
- Own configuration, ongoing optimization, and functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Knowledge of Global Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is helpful.
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules, focusing on Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM), ensuring smooth HR operations within SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Manage updates and integrations, and ensure accurate, compliant data exchange with internal and external platforms.
- Collaborate on system projects and implementations with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
- Lead testing, deliver end-user training, and resolve system issues to ensure functionality, adoption, and data integrity.
- Ensure system compliance, manage upgrades and patches, and support reporting, analytics, and audits.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Required: Deep expertise with hands-on configuration and daily support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Required: Working knowledge of SAP ERP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Required: Strong understanding of HR business processes, including data management, data replication, and alignment of business goals.
- Required: Experience with system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Required: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of one or more additional SuccessFactors modules:
- Global Benefits, Succession, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, and Compensation, etc.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Preferred: Understanding of role-based permissions, security administration, and data privacy compliance.
