Fundraising Coordinator

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Fundraising Coordinator in our Wreath Division to our passionate team of landscape professionals.

Job Duties

• Manage the customer base, contacting previous customers and assisting new potential customers.
• Sign up, assist, and lead customers through each phase of the Fundraising Program.
• Assist customers with fundraising sales strategies.
• Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the customers.
• Field current and prospective customer calls.
• Maintain various databases and the Fundraising Data Spreadsheets.
• Proposal production, negotiation, and contract initiation.
• Create and send Lead Packets, Fundraising Kits, and Samples.
• Maintain supplies.
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files.

Qualifications

• Required: High Diploma or equivalent.
• Required:  Two years of customer contact experience.
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
• Computer knowledge including data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expert time-management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
