Position Overview

The CLS Landscape Technician is responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of client turf and grounds landscape projects and services, working with various tools and equipment to ensure landscapes and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.

Job Duties

• Cultivate your green career with us!
• Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance
• Properly install and maintain landscape installation projects
• Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs
• Ensure efficiency and that client standards are attained
• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control
• Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment

Qualifications

What We’re Seeking:

• Love of the outdoors
• Background in Enhancement Landscaping
• Knowledge of the plant material in the Daytona area
• Knowledge of proper installation of plant material, sod, trees
• Valid Driver’s License from your state of residence and experience pulling a trailer
• Demonstrated ability to report for work regularly and punctually
• Preferred:  landscape installation crew management experience
• Preferred: Experience operating a bobcat and/or mini excavator
• Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire
• Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
