Position Overview

The CLS Sales Representative is responsible for developing business opportunities in designated Commercial Landscape Services markets through engaging with prospects, coordinating with internal teams, and adjusting strategies according to industry trends.  This role involves maintaining accurate reporting, prompt issues resolution, and participating in sales calls and meetings.  

Job Duties

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team and Operations to retain and expand client relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting, record keeping, and expense management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing and sales contacts.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide timely follow-up on sales and proposals.
• Participate in team sales calls and align strategies.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.

• Driver’s license.
• Required #Experience developing business opportunities in designated Commercial Landscape Service markets
