Position Overview
- Works directly with the service line and Ops RBM (Regional Business Manager) to ensure an excellent client experience related to all aspects of billing and invoicing
- Liaison between Billing, Operations, Field, and Customer
- Play a vital role in customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- From client on-boarding, must become knowledgeable of contract, terms, P.O., and billing requirements; coordinate with Contracts Manager
- With Operations Management understand contract terms
- Pricing
- Equipment
- Job Codes

- Communicate with Field Supervisors/Managers
- Understand hierarchy of field personnel assigned (GF, crews, Supervisors, Managers)
- Develop relationship/rapport
- Build trust and confidence of field operations
- Frequent touch point meetings (check in)

- What do they need from Billing
- What does Billing need from field
Duties Continued...
- Customer Communication
- Understand customer contact hierarchy assigned (Foresters, Veg Management, Coordinators, etc.)
- Develop relationship/rapport
- Build trust and confidence of customer leadership
- Periodic touch point meetings (check in)
- Responsible for customer requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Billing expectations, T&M, Fixed, unit, billing due dates, submission, etc. (What triggers billing for unit, fixed priced, lump sum, etc.)
- Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Possible travel to customer
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customer
- Responsible for meeting customer scorecards requirements
- AR Review – Ensure customer has necessary information to submit payment
- Review discrepancies – work with customer on any issues and revisions
- Regular follow up with customer on aged invoices
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to identify problems and recommend solutions

- Strong evaluation, analysis and deduction skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
