Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and work on a variety of projects that turn ideas into real-world places. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a team, and seeing your designs go from a concept on paper to something actually built, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for someone with 1–5 years of civil engineering experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and take on projects that keep every day a little different.
Job Duties
What You’ll Do
- Develop and prepare civil engineering plans, details, layouts, and construction documents.
- Work on a variety of projects involving site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Turn concepts and sketches into practical, buildable designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals, and other team members.Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Assist with permitting, plan preparation, technical calculations, and project documentation.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering tools to develop and revise plans.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of civil engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Someone who knows that good communication and teamwork are just as important as good engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and keep things moving.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- EIT certification is a plus, but not required.
- Most importantly, someone who is dependable, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
