Position Overview
As the oldest and largest tree and landscape care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership. - Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions in MS Dynamics 365 to ensure a seamless, warm handoff to the appropriate sales team.
- Provide operational support on complex RFP’s and bid documents, as needed.
2. Strategic Prospecting & Sales Support (30%)
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to engage new prospects and reactivate dormant commercial accounts.
- Partner with sales leaders and the commercial marketing team to conduct outbound campaigns targeting key commercial verticals with intent-based audiences.
- Support sales teams by scheduling qualification meetings and conducting preliminary property research using satellite imagery and public records, as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer success, marketing coordination, or lead generation. Experience in the commercial landscaping, tree care, facility maintenance, or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outbound phone calls and email sequences.
