Position Overview

The ideal candidate would be able to support the brand manager with day-to-day management of multiple projects and priorities to ensure completion efficiently and effectively. The candidate must be organized, adaptable, and demonstrate the ability to be present in their work, detail-oriented, and produce high-quality results.

Job Duties

Maintain and manage the company brand standards and guidelines, which includes:

  • Assist with development, maintenance, and dissemination of brand standards and guidelines.
  • Function as a liaison with internal departments and service lines to align brand initiatives with their objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative team to ensure brand elements are consistent for all media.
  • Update and integrate brand elements and guidelines for acquired brands.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure they understand and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all brand assets and touchpoints meet brand standards.

 

 

Focus on assigned brand duties and responsibilities in a consistent and determined manner, which may include:

  • Proof and review marketing and communication materials for adherence to brand standards.
  • Monitor and work with digital team to align messaging and graphics with the overall brand image.
  • Manage logo requests, proofs, and mock-ups for various branded items and brand projects.
  • Assist the communications department with other cross-functional tasks.
  • All other duties as assigned in support of the company brands.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze data and issues and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including basic MS Office Suite; ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets; and ability to navigate virtual meeting programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
