As the oldest and largest tree care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership.  We are looking for a Project Manager to work closely with our business-to-business divisions to support their marketing efforts.

This role is responsible for the development, coordination, and support of marketing strategies for Davey’s business-to-business divisions and is part of the corporate marketing team. We are seeking a team member who can manage projects, build strong relationships with internal clients and strategic partners, and actively provide consultative feedback.

Job Duties

• Create and maintain content calendar for B2B email program
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and digital teams to meet content deadlines
• Works with team members to monitor and track marketing programs and assists in presenting findings to relevant stakeholders
• Actively participates in meetings and strategy sessions and provides consultative feedback 
• Provide email user support for commercial operations teams, including troubleshooting, training, and template management
• Manage incoming requests for sales collateral
• Work with external partners to create ads and sponsorship materials for industry associations
• Plan logistics for video and photo shoots, including scheduling, agenda creation, and interview preparation in collaboration with leadership, operations, and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years working in a corporate marketing department, agency environment, or freelance
• Proven experience in marketing project management and content development
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Comfortable interpreting analytics to drive content strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication, writing, and proofing skills

Preferred Skills: 

• Thorough understanding of online technology, including proficiency with content management and email marketing systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Act-On or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Experience executing marketing automation campaigns and managing digital campaigns
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM
• Experience managing freelance or agency partners
• Ability to write compelling marketing copy
• Strong presentation skill
