Position Overview
As the Senior Project Manager for UAM Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in growing Davey Resource Group’s (DRG) business through a variety of marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the marketing department and key DRG UAM business development teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who has a strong drive to learn our business and is passionate about delivering measurable results. This position reports to Davey’s corporate marketing department.
Job Duties
- Develop and execute trade show and event strategies to enhance brand and solutions visibility and drive lead generation.
- Participate in the creation and coordination of pre- and post-show event marketing strategies, from content development to execution.
- Monitor marketing and lead generation activity and impact and provide detailed reports on outcomes and ROI.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and implement a structured lead follow-up process.
- Work closely with marketing team members to develop and manage a connected content marketing program across multiple channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing and communication strategies.
- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommended courses of action to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Ability to develop proactive marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Comfortable analyzing marketing and sales data and identifying KPIs to measure activity and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate with a wide variety of audiences, particularly sales professionals.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events as needed.
