We are seeking a strategic and process-oriented leader to take on the newly created role of managing our company's diverse portfolio of public-facing websites. This position will be the central force in developing the strategy, documentation, and scalable processes for our digital properties.  

 

Who You'll Work With 

You will be the central hub for our online properties, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. You will partner with other in-house digital and content specialists to orchestrate an effective online strategy, manage shared resources, and ensure a cohesive user experience. 

Job Duties

 

Web & Digital Portfolio Strategy 

  • Guide the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for our portfolio of websites, aligning with business objectives and marketing goals. 
  • Develop and manage a strategic playbook for integrating newly acquired brand websites, ensuring a consistent and effective digital transition. 
  • Serve as the primary marketing project lead for all web-based initiatives, including redesigns, platform migrations, and new site launches. 
  • Develop and execute a plan for distinct brands following corporate brand guidelines that align identity with growth goals. 

 

Vendor & Technology Management 

  • Manage vendor relationships, helping to manage budgets, define project scopes, external RFP, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. 
  • Oversee the technology stack for our websites, including Content Management Systems (CMS), and make recommendations to ensure they meet the company's evolving needs. 
  • Manage our online lead workflow, including form functionality, database integrations, and lead tracking. 
  • Manage our online hosting and compliance workflow. 
  • Coordinate domain management for all corporate and subsidiary web properties. 

 

Collaboration & Website Performance 

  • Partner closely with the SEO and Content Strategy leaders to ensure their strategic initiatives are seamlessly and effectively implemented across our web platforms. 
  • Champion a positive user experience (UX) on our sites, using analytics to drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement. 
  • Manage our online analytics workflow (GA4), including performance reporting and strategic analysis. 

 

Process & Governance 

  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for website-related activities to improve efficiency and consistency. 
  • Help establish a governance model for managing content updates and service requests from across the organization. 
  • Develop a content intake workflow for online content support requests. 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on website management, web strategy, or digital property management. 
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business etc.)
  • CMS Proficiency: Strong proficiency and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Umbraco, WordPress, or an enterprise-level platform. 
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • An understanding of technical SEO principles, with the ability to partner effectively with an SEO specialist and translate technical audits into a strategic action plan.
    • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Familiarity with compliance impacts and implementation such as ADA accessibility, GDPR, and CCPA. 
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. 
  • Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage relationships, contracts, and project roadmaps. 
  • Collaborative Spirit: A natural collaborator with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Growth Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and grow your skills as you help build and streamline our web presence. Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a plus.
