Position Overview

  • The Administrative Coordinator supports key financial, operational, and administrative functions across the business. This role ensures accurate billing, manages subcontractor workflows, maintains contract documentation, and assists with financial reporting. 

Job Duties

  • Resolve billing discrepancies; submit Work In Progress and clear outstanding items on time.
  • Support financial reporting, accruals, and contract-compliant invoicing.
  • Coordinate vendor terms, discounts, and financial reconciliations.
  • Record sales, update master data, and manage contract documents
  • Participate in meetings and support ongoing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial reconciliation, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP, and document management tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
