Compensation Data
- $26 - $30/hr, depending on skills and qualifications
- Full time, temporary position, through end of Feb 2025
Job Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales, inventory, expenses and timesheet data from the field
- Perform cross-departmental and outside research in support of the above
- Maintain consistent company master data across all reports, file structures, and systems
- Maintain documents, work papers, and backups in designated system(s) of record
- Prepare & distribute daily, weekly, or monthly reports and/or reconciliations as requested and assigned
- Key journal entries and perform other tasks in support of month-end close
- Other duties supporting Finance & Accounting Department objectives
Qualifications
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Preferred: one year or more experience in office processes and administration procedures
- Preferred: working experience with and SAP, AFRM, and related business systems
