We are currently looking to add a dynamic Sales and Service Coordinator to our passionate team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!
Compensation
$65,000-$85,000 based on experience
Job Duties
- Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
- Aid and assist sales team with field estimates.
- Create and build relationships and expectations with existing clients.
- Call on clients and conduct site visits.
- Drive organic revenue growth, as needed, by conducting sales activities to identify open bids and requests for Proposals (RFP’s), prepare bids/RFP’s and complete the full sales cycle.
- Conduct and participate in employee training.
- Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
- Identify tree species, weeds and grasses to provide expert advice and recommend programs to preserve and protect the health of the trees, shrubs and lawns.
- Manage inventory of plant heath care products and equipment.
- Manage, as needed, sales territory as assigned and/or handle sales calls in the event of an influx.
- Lead route planning and work order alignment for maximum efficiency. Coordinate production jobs, manage crew hours, and schedule specialized services.
- Act as a central communication hub between field specialists, advising arborists and the branch office to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Preferred: International Society of Arborists (ISA) certification or Massachusetts Certified Arborist (MCA)
- Required: Valid driver's license
- Required: Ability to complete required safety courses indicated in the Employee Handbook.
- Required: Proven high proficiency in skilled arboriculture and the knowledge and usage of all associated tools and equipment.
- Required: Proven ability to prioritize efficaciously and manage resources.
- Required: Proven ability to train and mentor others.
- Preferred: Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
- Preferred: Relevant Pesticide, CDL Driver’s Licenses and certificates, if required by state law
- Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
