Position Overview

The Client Operations Coordinator supports the Collaborative Audit team by serving as the primary liaison between utility and telecommunications clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication on joint use audit agreements. This role is responsible for transforming field-collected data into accurate, client-ready deliverables, coordinating client communications, and supporting billing and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely and accurate payment. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring internal data, documentation, and financial processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as a point of contact for utility and telecommunications clients related to Collaborative Audit projects

  • Coordinate delivery of audit data packages and respond to client questions or requests

  • Support clear, professional communication between clients and internal teams

  • Review and organize field-collected utility pole audit data

  • Compile and prepare client-ready data packages and documentation

  • Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards

  • Coordinate billing activities related to completed audit work

  • Track data and invoices and support follow-up with clients to ensure timely payment

  • Partner with internal billing and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain organized records of client deliverables, client disputes, billing status, and communications

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data handoff, billing, or client processes

  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the Collaborative Audit team

Qualifications

What We’re Seeking: 

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities

  • Experience and knowledge of the utility and/or telecommunications industry.

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation

  • Professional communication skills with both internal teams and external clients

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with billing or accounts receivable processes

  • Experience in a client-facing coordination or operations role
