Position Overview
This is a temporary position assisting the Utility Asset Management Talent Acquisition team. The role will include high-volume recruitment for our growing Engineering team. A recruiter's job includes reviewing a candidate's job/life experiences, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions. We are looking for someone with internal, high-volume recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Compensation Information
This is a contingent hourly position in a fully remote environment. The starting wage is $35/hr with an estimation of 30-40 hours per week. The estimated contingency period is 14-16 weeks.
Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidate's resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Assist and learn the onboarding process to help communicate with new employees
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Work directly with the Engineering Hiring Manager to facilitate 5 offers per week
Qualifications
What We’re Seeking:
- Proven work experience as a confident communicator
- 2+ years working with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Minimum 2+ years high volume recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to successfully work fully remote
Preferred:
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management preferred
- Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems, specifically SuccessFactors
