Position Overview

The Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Data & CRM Analyst to support our Marketing Analytics team. This role is integral to ensuring our omni-channel marketing initiatives are accurately tracked, segmented, and reported to empower future strategic marketing decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a logical problem solver, and eager to learn.

This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our data, enabling Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to measure ROI, identify trends, and make confident, data-driven decisions. Success in this role requires the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Position is remote, preferred to be able to commute a couple times a month to our Schaumburg office.

Pay range: $60,000-$70,000.

Job Duties

CRM Data Management & Insights

  • Locate, validate, and compile records across multiple CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Ensure records are complete and accurate across systems.
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies and duplicates to improve overall data cleanliness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data validation processes and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to implement CRM changes that improve reporting accuracy and quality control.

Data Tracking, Analysis & Forecasting Support

  • Maintain the accuracy of reporting dashboards for both historical and current data.
  • Support segmentation of leads based on various factors to enable targeted marketing and sales activities.
  • Aggregate and organize historical marketing data to establish baselines for forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Support the development of forecasting models and help derive deeper insights from marketing data.

Reporting, Dashboards, & Quality Control

  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to track lead performance, ROI, and other key marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
  • Perform quality control to ensure clean, accurate datasets for strategic reporting.

Qualifications

Technical

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably with exposure to marketing and sales data.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel (lookups, filters, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
  • Openness to learning and using AI tools for data cleansing, analysis, or process automation.

  • Careful attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams.
