Position Overview
The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting processes activities associated with corporate job openings at Davey from intake meeting through job offer. This role will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience by managing the day-to-day talent acquisition processes for assigned requisitions.
Job Classification: The Senior Corporate Recruiter is an exempt, full-time employee.
This is a remote position, that requires going to our corporate office in Kent, Ohio a couple times a month to attend meetings and events.
Job Duties
- Create and manage job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
- Source external talent and route them to the SuccessFactors system.
- Manage candidates by updating statuses in the pipeline and dispositioning candidates at the appropriate time.
- Perform all pre-screening activities for each job requisition including application review and pre-screening telephone interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend offers and set up pre-employment drug screening.
- Perform pertinent post-hiring activities as needed.
- Provide staffing goals and time-to-fill metrics.
- Facilitate training for hiring managers on associated recruiting processes.
- Coordinate new job advertisement creation, archival, and accessibility, as needed.
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for a variety of job openings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.

Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of exemplary recruiting experience filling a wide range of positions.
- Required: Experience in designing and creating recruiting processes, workflows, and training materials for hiring managers.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP (Success Factors) or other comparable ATS, and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
- Preferred: Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or other Human Resources certification.
