Compensation Data

$23 – $28 hourly (Based on experience, certifications and licensing)

Position Overview

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Property Care Coordinator to our passionate team of tree and landscape professionals.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

Manage all aspects of client’s gardening and caretaking services

First point of contact for all client communications, including phone and email

Weekly house checks and coordination with on-site vendors

Perform weekly garden maintenance services and annual mulching

Partner with sales arborists, management, and office staff

Qualifications

Skills We’re Seeking:

Required: Valid Driver’s license

Preferred: Minimum two years of experience in garden maintenance and office administration procedures

Outstanding telephone and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy

Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
