Position Overview
DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP, INC., has opportunities for a Environmental Technician at our office in St. Paul, MN to assist with hardscape and green infrastructure projects. Our clients represent government, utility, commercial and not for profit sectors. As a Technician you will develop an understanding of client needs and project specifications and generate appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in hardscape and landscape installation (preferred)
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Valid Drivers License (CDL preferred)
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Job Duties
Duties (include but not limited to)
- Working on a 2-3 person crew that performs hardscape installation
- Provide hands on job site training
- Reading work orders and landscape plans
- Lead by example
- Provide timely reporting and paperwork
- Ensures installation work follows company standards
- Provide unmatched customer service
- Other duties as assigned in stormwater maintenance and urban forestry

- Full time hourly positions. Pay depending on experience ($19-$21 per hour plus overtime)
